| Deposits of £25 per person will be required on acceptance of booking by phone. Members paying by credit card will receive instant confirmation. Cheques should be made out to W A Shearing and endorsed on the back with the reference number given at time of booking. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the cheque. ALL payments for the weekend must be paid to the Wigan Office of W.A. Shearing and not to the hotel. |
